Cookie dough src: zandtaartdeeg.txt (adapted by me, Feb 2011) 200gr plain flour 100gr soft brown sugar 8gr vanillasugar 1 egg 150gr butter mix flour + sugar add vanillasugar and egg chop butter into chunks and add to mix knead short but powerful (cool hands) until you get a smooth dough shape into a ball, rest for 30mins in fridge (preferably covered with a tea towel) Ball can be stored in fridge for 1-2 weeks Bake: 20-25mins at 160-180C
